Privacy Policy – Spring Health Executive App
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Spring Health Water (India) Private Limited ("Spring Health", "we",
"us") collects, uses, stores and shares information through the Spring Health Executive mobile app
and its web dashboard (together, the "Service").he Service is a work tool for Spring Health delivery
executives and staff. Executives use it to record water deliveries, bills and payments for Spring
Health customers. It is not intended for children and is not offered to the general public.
1. Information we collect
a) Executive account information
• Name, email address and mobile phone number, provided when you register or when an
administrator creates your account.
• Your password. It is stored only as a one-way encrypted hash, so we cannot read it.
• Your role and the delivery areas assigned to you.
b) Customer information entered by executives
• Customer name, phone number, delivery address, and map coordinates of the delivery
location.
• Delivery records (date, number of bottles, status), bills, payments received (cash or pay-
later) and amounts due.
• Notes typed by executives on deliveries, payments or reported issues.
c) Location information
• With your permission, the app uses your device's precise location (GPS) while you use it: to
show your position on the map, to suggest a delivery route, and to record where and when a
delivery was completed or an issue was reported.
• During a shift, the app collects your location in the background, even when the app is
closed or not in use. A shift starts when you tap Start shift and ends when you tap End shift,
or automatically at 9 PM. While a shift is running, the app records your location about every
30 seconds so supervisors can see the delivery route and area covered. A notification stays
on your phone for the whole shift so you always know tracking is on.
• The app asks for your consent on screen before your first shift, and background tracking
needs you to choose "Allow all the time" in your phone's location settings. No location is
collected outside a shift unless you are using the app.
• If you have no internet connection during a shift, location points are stored on your phone
and uploaded when the connection returns.
• You can turn off location permission at any time in your phone's settings. Maps, route
suggestions, delivery recording and shift tracking will then not work.
d) Technical information
• Our server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, request details) for security and
troubleshooting.
• The app stores your sign-in session token securely on your device so you stay logged in.
e) Information collected by Google Maps
The app displays maps using the Google Maps SDK. Google collects device identifiers, crash logs,
diagnostic data and map interactions to provide and improve the map service, under Google's
Privacy Policy.
We do not collect contacts, photos, files, messages, call logs, microphone or camera data. We do not
use advertising IDs, show ads, or add any analytics or tracking tools of our own.
2. How we use information
• To run the delivery service: assign customers and areas, record deliveries, generate bills and
receipts, and track payments and dues.
• To show maps and suggest delivery routes.
• To let supervisors see the route each executive took during a shift and which areas were
covered.
• To verify deliveries and keep an audit trail of changes, so records are accurate and disputes
can be resolved.
• To secure accounts and prevent misuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with:
• Service providers who process data on our behalf: Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting,
Mumbai, India region), and Google (Google Maps Platform, to display maps and calculate
routes; location coordinates and the device data described in section 1(e) are sent to Google
for this purpose under Google's Privacy Policy).
• Our app developer, Arosia Water Tech, which builds and maintains the Service for Spring
Health and may access data only to provide technical support.
• Authorised Spring Health staff (administrators and supervisors) who manage deliveries and
accounts.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
4. Data storage and security
• Data is stored on servers in India (AWS Mumbai region).
• All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS).
• Access is restricted by role. Passwords are hashed, and changes to key records are logged.
• No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable
measures to protect your data.
5. Data retention
We keep account and delivery data for as long as the account is active and as needed to provide the
Service. Billing and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting
laws 3 years. Location points recorded during shifts are kept for 12 months and then deleted. When
data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights and choices
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or update it (you can also update your phone number in the app);
• ask us to delete your account and personal data, except records we must keep by law;
• withdraw consent, for example by turning off location permission;
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and
complete the request within 30 days. Your login, contact details and shift location points are
deleted. Billing and payment records that we must keep by law are retained only for the required
period and are then deleted. Full details are on our Delete your account page.
7. Children
The Service is for adult employees and contractors of Spring Health. It is not directed at children
under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
